(1) Blind-spotting: When starting a business, how should you be able to see all  the possible problems and unexpected incidents that come up?
 -Make good use of your Content Management System: setup a reminder to notify you when you haven't contacted your clients in a certain amount of time in order to ensure that no one falls between the cracks.
-Create a detailed business plan and regularly review that plan to make sure you stay on track of your present and furture goals.

-For some customers, once they are "hooked", then they are an addict.
-The coupon method (instead of the free method): only about 3% of customers actually cash in on their coupons, whereas most customers love the free stuff.
